Outdoor Camera Installation

"Seek Asylum With Asylum X"

Project Overview

Our client in Hollywood, Fl hosted a large outdoor race and required a temporary camera system to capture clear visuals along the track. The project involved long cable runs and elevated camera placement to achieve optimal viewing angles. We installed multiple cameras using extended mounting poles, ensuring stable positioning and comprehensive coverage of the race. The result delivered clear, elevated perspectives and reliable video performance throughout the event.

Challenges

1
Weather exposure, uneven terrain, and open space made mounting and protecting equipment more challenging than an indoor installation.
2
Extended distances were required to connect cameras along the race track back to recording and monitoring points, increasing the risk of signal loss and physical cable damage.
3
Cameras needed to be positioned high above the track to capture wide, unobstructed angles, requiring stable and secure mounting solutions.
4
The system needed to be installed quickly, function reliably throughout the event, and be safely removed afterward without damaging equipment or property.
5
Mounting cameras at height in a public event environment required careful planning to ensure stability and prevent hazards to participants and spectators.

Solutions

1
Outdoor‑ready cameras and cabling were used to withstand environmental conditions throughout the event.
2
Cables were properly routed and secured to maintain signal integrity and reduce the risk of interference or accidental disconnection.
3
Cameras and cabling were securely fastened to ensure stability and minimize risk to the public.
4
All equipment was installed using temporary, non‑invasive mounting methods designed for fast deployment and safe removal after the event.
5
Long mounting poles were deployed to achieve the necessary camera height, providing clear overhead views of the race track.
