At Asylum X Cybersecurity Division Inc, we know how busy you are trying to make your business succeed. Phishing emails are a serious threat to our community. By staying vigilant, verifying email senders, being cautious with links and attachments, and promptly reporting suspicious emails, we can protect ourselves and our sensitive information. Please watch the videos to learn more about identifying and avoiding phishing scams.

                               How to Identify Phishing Emails:
  1. Generic Greetings: Be wary of emails that start with generic greetings like “Dear Customer” instead of your name.
  2. Poor Grammar and Spelling: Legitimate companies proofread their communications. Emails with glaring typos or odd phrasing can be a red flag.
  3. Urgent or Threatening Language: Phishing emails often create a sense of urgency or use threatening language to prompt immediate action.
  4. Suspicious Links and Attachments: Hover over links to check the actual URL before clicking. Be cautious with unexpected attachments.
  5. Unusual Sender Address: Check if the sender’s email address matches the domain of the company they claim to represent.

How to Report Phishing Emails:.

  1. Do not click any links or open attachments in the suspicious email.
